If you’ve been on the Twin Flame journey like I have, chances are good that you’ve experienced the obsessive thinking that so often accompanies this path.

The Obsessive Thinking

When we fall in love with our Twin Flame, the feelings are unlike anything we’ve ever experienced — the love feels other worldly and most often this profound relationship doesn’t play out in the conventional way or in the way we want it to or expect it to.

Because this can be so confusing — we try and figure out what’s going on.

We try and figure them out. We try and figure out the future. We try and figure out a plan. We replay everything they said — everything we said. We try and see where maybe we went wrong. Or what did they really mean when they said something. We might even go through all the different scenarios that can happen in the future. Or we may try and understand why we aren’t together right now. We want to know what all the 11:11’s mean. We may look at their astrological charts, etc.

These thoughts can be endless and they become obsessive.
